Plan for waterfront areas released 

        武汉两江四岸规划出炉

    A plan for waterfront areas along the Yangtze and Han rivers was completed recently. The plan aims to build Wuhan into a world-standard frontwater city. The core areas in the plan cover a 25-kilomete-long section of the Yangtze River between the Tianxingzhou and Baishazhou Yangtze River bridges, and a 4-kilometer-long section of the Han River that starts at its estuary of the river and extends to the Yuehu Bridge.Waterfront lands up to 2 kilometers from the river are included in the sections.

《武汉市两江四岸规划》近日编制完成，武汉将打造世界一流的滨水城市。本次规划的“两江四岸”核心区，长江段从天兴洲大桥至白沙洲大桥，江段长约25公里，汉江段从汉江入江口至月湖桥，江段长约4公里，两岸腹地延伸1至2公里以重要干道为界，覆盖主城主要几大功能区。

Lantu's first high-end smart electric car rolls off

岚图首款高端智能电动汽车下线

    Wuhan’s first high-end smart electric vehicle, the Lantu (English name: VOYAH) car, rolled off the assembly line on Nov. 25. It was 120 days after Dongfeng Motor released its brand strategy for Lantu and put forward its concept car. As scheduled, the first vehicle will be available in the market next year; and at least one model car of this brand will be launched every year in the market over the next three to five years, covering not just ordinary cars, but SUVs, and MPVs too.

11月25日，岚图汽车首款量产车型下线，这是武汉诞生的首款中大型高端智能电动汽车。此时，距岚图汽车发布品牌战略和首款概念车120天。按照岚图规划，明年首款新车上市；自2021年起的3—5年，每年至少投放一款新车，涵盖轿车、SUV、MPV等多个细分市场。

First LOL National Challenge concludes

首届英雄城市电竞嘉年华《英雄联盟》全国挑战赛落幕

    The finals of the national e-sports challenge ”League of Legends (LOL),”  ended in Wuhan on Nov. 22. The championship went to the local team KA. The competition, also known as the First Wuhan E-sports Carnival, kicked off nationwide on Oct. 17. The event was held in eight divisional locations. This competition will be put on again next year as a local e-sports flagship event, with more activities and teams from even more areas.     

11月22日， 首届英雄城市电竞嘉年华《英雄联盟》全国挑战赛决出最后的胜负，武汉战队KA如愿拿下冠军。挑战赛于10月17日在全国启动，活动围绕“英雄城市·英雄荟”主题，设八大赛区。作为武汉本地的电竞动漫会节IP品牌，该活动明年将继续举办，并将加入更多内容、覆盖更多地区。

Globally-renowned enterprises seek cooperation

       52家世界500强及全球名企来汉座谈

    On Nov. 24, over 50 representatives from Fortune Global 500 companies and other world-renowned enterprises attended the “Meeting with Foreign-Invested Enterprises.” Praising Wuhan for its innovation-driven development strategy, these companies shared investment plans and discussed entrepreneurship in Wuhan to seek business opportunities. Among them were PayPal and Fonterra who revealed their plans to set up research centers in Wuhan. Qualcomm expressed interest in cooperating with Wuhan's education sector to cultivate digital economy talents, while companies such as Schneider, Corning, and Foxconn expressed their hope of more investment in and cooperation with Wuhan in areas such as AI, 5G, the industrial Internet, and the intelligentization of production lines.

11月24日，52家世界500强及全球知名企业代表来汉参加“外资企业创业武汉座谈会”，畅聊在汉投资创业，寻求合作商机。现场，多家外企为武汉坚定不移实施创新驱动发展战略点赞。Paypal（贝宝）和恒天然透露了其在汉设立研发中心的意向。高通希望与武汉教育界开展多项合作，共同培养数字经济人才建设。施耐德、康宁、富士康等企业则表示，希望在产线智能化、AI、5G、工业互联网等前沿产业领域，进行更多的投资合作。

    Wuhan Zall enters the 2021 CSL season

    武汉卓尔中超保级成功

    The Wuhan Zall defeated Zhejiang Energy Greentown 1-0 in the second leg of their playoffs in Suzhou on the night of Nov. 22, seizing their fateful ticket into the next Chinese Football Association Super League (CSL) season. The match was held amid cheers of 2,000 fans who came all the way from Wuhan and other places in Hubei to show support for their beloved Wuhan Zall. The latter will face off against Taizhou Yuanda at the Chinese Football Association Cup (CFA Cup) on Nov. 28.

11月22日晚，在苏州现场近2000名荆楚球迷的呐喊助威声中，武汉卓尔在2020年中超附加赛第二回合较量中以1:0击败浙江绿城，并以总比分3:2淘汰对手，在最后一刻完成了中超保级任务。成功保级的武汉卓尔将在28日的足协杯上对阵泰州远大。
