'China Tourism Day 2021' kicks off in Wuhan

On May 19, the main-site events for the "China Tourism Day 2021" kicked off in Wuhan under the theme of "green development, better life." At the Hubei Provincial Museum, cultural and creative products, local food specialties, and intangible cultural heritage works from all over Hubei were displayed. At the Wuhan booth, ice cream in the shape of plum blossoms debuted and was popular among visitors.

5月19日，2021年中国旅游日主会场活动在武汉举行。今年中国旅游日主题是“绿色发展，美好生活”。在湖北省博物馆，来自湖北各地的文创产品、特色美食以及非遗文化在这里展出。在武汉展台，黄鹤楼“冰萃·落梅花”雪糕亮相，受到游客追捧。

Double-deck sightseeing buses available in Wuhan

武汉双层旅游观光巴士来了

Wuhan officially opened four sightseeing bus routes on the morning of May 18, three of which are day routes and one is for night tours. The double-deck buses with a panoramic view on the upper deck were specially designed by Yutong Bus for sightseeing around the city. They are also equipped with an automatic voice system to introduce scenic spots along the way.

5月18日上午，武汉正式开通4条旅游观光巴士线路，其中3条为日线，1条为夜游线。这款车型是宇通客车专门为武汉市城市观光旅游量身打造双层巴士，观光车二层具有全景天窗，车内几乎可实现360度观景，并自配语音播报系统，介绍沿途景色。

19th Central China International Automobile Exhibition

第十九届华中国际车展开幕

The 19th Central China International Automobile Exhibition and RV Camping Exhibition kicked off on May 20 at the Wuhan International Expo Center and will last through May 24. The exhibition covers an area of 120,000 square meters and brings together over 100 brands and more than 1,000 models from home and abroad. Both conventional gasoline and new energy cars as well as motorcycles, RVs, and second-hand cars were on display.

第十九届华中国际汽车展览会暨新能源|房车露营展（简称“华中国际车展”）于5月20日在武汉国际博览中心正式拉开帷幕，并将持续至24日。车展展出面积达12万平方米，汇聚海内外100+品牌，1000+车型。现场不仅有传统燃油车，新能源汽车，还有重型机车，房车、二手车等小众车型参展。

The 23rd Wuhan International Tea Industry Expo opened at the Wuhan International Conference & Exhibition Center on May 14 and continued through May 17. Approximately 800 companies from 21 provinces across the country participated in the event.

5月14日至17日，第23届武汉茶博会在武汉国际会展中心与茶友相逢。来自全国的21个省（区）市的800来家企业参加展会。

Wang Shuang promotes her hometown

On May 17, Chinese female football player and AFC Women's Player of the Year in 2018, Wang Shuang came to Qingshan District. She visited the factory of WISCO's salt soda "Salty Buddy," walked around Qingshan Riverside Park, and interacted with elementary school students. As a Wuhan native, Wang sent an invitation to people from other places to come and explore her hometown.

Jinyinhu Branch of HUST Union Hospital opens

协和医院金银湖院区开诊

May 17 marked the opening of the Jinyinhu Branch of Union Hospital of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. As of 5:30 p.m. on that first day, 63 experts from 30 specialties were on duty there, 1,600 patients were treated in the outpatient clinic, and a series of medical procedures such as B-scan ultrasonography and MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) were carried out in an orderly manner.

5月17日是协和医院金银湖院区开诊第一天。据统计，截至当天17时30分，协和医院金银湖院区30个专科63名专家坐诊，门诊诊治患者1600人次，B超、磁共振等系列检查有序展开，18日网上预约专家号已突破800个。

Joint graduation exhibition by 6 local universities

武汉六所高校联合举办艺术毕业展

On May 18, Wanlin Art Museum of Wuhan University launched the Joint Exhibition for Graduation Project of Colleges and Universities in Wuhan, showcasing artworks from graduates of Wuhan University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan University of Technology, Hubei University, Wuhan University of Science and Technology and Wuhan Huaxia University of Technology. The joint exhibition displayed more than 120 art pieces, including material objects, electronic works, animation, and short videos.

5月18日，武汉大学万林艺术博物馆开启了一场艺术盛宴，武汉大学、华中科技大学、武汉理工大学、湖北大学、武汉科技大学、武汉华夏理工学院六所高校共同参与。本次联展展出作品共计120余件，包含实物、电子产品、动画、短视频等多种形式。
