Travel booking for the Dragon Boat Festival period has reached its peak this week. According to the data on Fliggy, an online travel platform in China, the occupancy of Wuhan’s hotels during the festival ranks among the top 10 nationwide.

According to Fliggy, hotel booking during the festival in Wuhan saw an increase of more than 530 percent on a yearly basis. Among all the scenic spots in the city, the Yellow Crane Tower, Happy Valley, Wuhan Haichang Polar Ocean World, Wuhan Garden Expo Park, Hubu Alley and East Lake have turned out to be the most popular.

根据飞猪数据显示，武汉端午酒店预订量同比涨超530%。黄鹤楼、武汉欢乐谷、武汉海昌极地海洋公园、武汉园博园、户部巷、东湖等景区较为热门。

Besides Fliggy, a booking peak for Wuhan’s hotels also appeared on other online travel platforms like Qunar and Ctrip.

除了飞猪平台之外，去哪儿、携程等平台上，武汉酒店也出现了预订小高峰。

The articles about Wuhan shared on Xiaohongshu, an online lifestyle community platform, show netizens’ enthusiasm about traveling in Wuhan. In the "Xiaohongshu 2020 City List," Wuhan was shortlisted in the top 10 on account of the reason "life in Wuhan is shinier and firmer than diamonds." Wuhan was listed not only because of the historical buildings like the Yellow Crane Tower, but also the the streets and alleys with so many everyday things to taste and see.

小红书的生活笔记分享也同样显示出全国网友对武汉的高度关注。在《小红书2020年度城市榜单》中，武汉入围前十，上榜理由是“比钻石更闪亮更坚定的是生活”。在小红书城市榜单中的武汉，不再只是以黄鹤楼为代表的武汉，更多的是好吃好玩好看的充满烟火气与人情味的武汉。
