The man mentioned in the hashtag is Xiaojing, an illustrator in Wuhan. Having been living and working in Wuhan since 2009, he fell in love with the city and gradually got the idea of combining photos of Wuhan and cartoon images to showcase the city.

话题中的小伙是武汉插画师小井。小井2009年来到武汉生活工作。在武汉多年的生活，让他爱上了这座城市，也让他逐渐萌生了结合摄影与漫画来展示武汉形象的想法。

Xiaojing takes photos of buildings, people, and city life and then draws cute elves on the photos. So far, he has created over 100 works with this process. Many netizens have been moved by his creations and have praised them as being "so healing."

小井把城市里的建筑、人物和生活瞬间拍成照片，再画上可爱的动漫精灵，迄今创作出上百幅画作。网友们被小井的创意感动纷纷表示“太治愈”。

At first, the subject matter of his works was focused on Wuhan's landmarks such as the Yellow Crane Tower and the Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge. Gradually he began to concentrate more on the lives of local people. Xiaojing once saw at the Hubei Museum of Art an elderly woman who was sitting alone in front of an artwork on display and watching it intently. Sensing the woman's love of life, he created a piece in which an elf was sitting beside the lady and enjoying the exhibition with her.

刚开始时他的视线聚焦于黄鹤楼、长江大桥等武汉地标，慢慢地，小井将笔触对准了武汉人的生活。小井曾在湖北美术馆里看到了一位老奶奶，独自一人安静地坐在展品前仔细欣赏。感受着老奶奶对于生活的热爱，小井创作了一只“小精灵”，坐在老奶奶身边陪她一同看展。

Xiaojing said, "While buildings of a city are one type of scenery, people living here are another unique type."

小井说：“城市的建筑是一种风景，生活在这里的人是另一种独特的风景。”
