Recently, the Wuhan Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism launched an initiative to invite foreigners in China to visit Wuhan. The first delegation that was invited were 42 guests from Germany, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Peru, Spain, the U.S., the U.K., and Uruguay who represented their countries in Beijing.

近期，武汉市文化和旅游局启动“在华外国人游武汉”活动，邀请美国、德国、英国、西班牙、匈牙利、乌拉圭、希腊、秘鲁、拉脱维亚等多个国家驻中国北京外宾代表团42人访问武汉。

During the two days in Wuhan, they viewed the outside of Leishenshan Hospital, and visited scenic spots such as East Lake Greenway, Lihuangpi Road, Hankou Riverside Park, the Zhiyin cruise, the Hubei Provincial Museum, and Jiqing Street.

在汉的两天时间里，代表团参观了雷神山医院外观、游览东湖绿道、黎黄陂路、汉口江滩、知音号、湖北省博物馆、吉庆街等景点。

On the evening of Oct. 31, members of the delegation boarded the Zhiyin cruise. William, a British tourism expert who has worked in Beijing for 10 years, took many pictures of the Yangtze River light show as well as tourists enjoying their time on the ship. 

10月31日晚7时30分，外宾代表团成员登上知音号。来自英国的旅游专家威廉，在北京工作10年。他不停地拿起手机，拍摄长江灯光秀的美景，拍摄市民游客在知音号自拍、游玩的照片。

"This is my fourth visit to Wuhan and the first time since the COVID-19 outbreak. Through today's tour, I feel that life here has returned to normal as shops and supermarkets are open, and all the tickets to the Zhiyin cruise have been sold out. I can see that everyone is happily watching the performance and dancing on the deck," said William. "I give a thumbs up to Wuhan because the city has controlled the epidemic. It is both safe and prosperous here."

“这是我第四次来武汉，也是我疫情之后第一次来武汉。通过今天的游览，我能感受到武汉的生活已经恢复正常，商店、超市都开了。知音号的票全都卖完了，大家看表演、在甲板上跳舞，非常快乐。”威廉表示，“我佩服武汉这座城市，疫情控制得很好，这里很安全，也很繁华。”

"Wuhan is beautiful, especially its night view on the Yangtze River," said Anna from Spain. This was her first time visiting Wuhan and she thought that the fact Wuhan has recovered from the epidemic was amazing. She would like to share her trip to Wuhan with her Spanish friends.

“武汉很美，特别是长江上的夜景，太棒了。”来自西班牙的Anna在北京工作，她第一次来武汉，“武汉重振的情景，让人感觉非常震撼。我很愿意向西班牙的朋友分享这次武汉之行。”
